| Measuring for an Awning |
|
After searching through various publications which have references to Thomson Caravans I have still not found the exact size quoted for an awning for the Thomson Glen or any other Thomson caravan!
Hopefully this will help you to determine the size you need. |
How to check the size.
- Site the caravan on level ground.
- Now measure from ground level at the most forward point of the awning channel, right around the channel to its most rearward point, and then down to the ground. (This channel runs along the top and sides of the door side of the tourer.)
- The start and finish points should be 30cm in front of and 30cm behind where the channel would reach if it extended down to the ground.
|
| The measurement from ground to ground A-B-C can then be checked with the chart to give you your awning size. If you are not sure please contact Nene Court Caravans for further advice on Dorema awnings. |
